We use traditional methods and materials allied with an exacting approach to detail. We have a great deal of experience in the use of traditional lime work, from pointing, rendering and harling to lime plastering and lime washing. We also make use of modern techniques where necessary. Our aim is to harmonise the old with the new and still create a building that is technically sound.

We are experienced in timber repairs, slating and lead work and working in conjunction with other specialist conservators can provide a complete conservation and repair service. Whenever possible we encourage the use of materials from sustainable and environmentally friendly sources.

Airtopia Ballooning is a CAA licensed hot air balloon operator providing balloon flights over one of the most scenically stunning areas of the country. All their pilots hold full commercial licences and have many years experience of flying balloons in the South West region.

Airtopia Ballooning's flights take place throughout East Cornwall and South, Mid and East Devon. Flights in Cornwall cover the area between Bodmin Moor and the Tamar valley. In South Devon we fly over Dartmoor, the South Hams and the Teign Valley. And in Mid and East Devon we fly over Exeter and the surrounding countryside including the Exe and Culm Valleys.
